The type of rice used for Kabse should always be long-grain rice, whether Parboiled (Thai/American) rice, or Indian Basmati rice. In this recipe, we will be using the traditional Creamy Indian Basmati rice from our shop, along with our ready-to-use Kabse Spices which are the perfect ingredients for this authentic dish. We will only cook the rice, add the spices and the nuts. Be free to cook meat, chicken or fish with the dish altogether or on the side!
