We are a bulk producer of Lebanese Wheat, Burgul, Kishek, Thyme and quality spices, with most of the raw materials cultivated in Lebanon.
Our Story
Al Najjar Modern Mills is a family business that was founded in 1944 in the town of Jdita, located in the Bekaa valley of Lebanon. Throughout the years we have become one of the leading suppliers of food commodities in Lebanon that include all kinds of grains, rice, nuts and herbal distilleries.

Factory & Production
The production of Wheat, Burgul and Kishek takes place in our factory in the Bekaa Valley, where high standards of food quality and specifications are met. The products are dried naturally from the sun's heat, processed and packed delicately to meet the consumers' needs.

Our store provides all the amenities for in-store shopping of our products in a special way. The offered goods are displayed in dedicated boxes in a clean environment and are prepared according to the customer’s needs on spot. Products can be also bought through our pre-packaged section.
